Capstone Founder, Daryl Chan, turned his restaurateur dreams into a reality by combining ingenuity and entrepreneurship. Backed by over 5 years of technology and restaurant chain management experience, the idea of Capstone tea was born in 2005. Daryl’s formula for success in this highly competitive sector of business boils down to his creative concepts for satisfying the demands not yet  met by other tea houses.  In doing so, he set out to fulfill a niche in providing comfort foods with health conscious beverages in a social atmosphere. As a result, Daryl fused the idea of pairing tea with fondue, a Swiss comfort food known for bringing people together, in a contemporary environment.
